Templates can be setup to hold any amount or complexity of information, then accessed and altered by the user via the traditional job entry module. Copying an existing job is also possible, even if it was completed months or even years previously. Kwikcost simply copies the print job and recalculates at today's rates.

Kwikcost also holds list of presses and their associated charges. If you select a particular press for a job, it automatically includes set up time, set up charges, washups and wastage, even the cost of plates and negatives. No need to individually select each associated cost.

Retrieve and view archived quotes and orders

	When an order is invoiced, the job record is archived. Archived jobs can still be viewed, or copied to create a duplicate. Kwikcost archives completed orders and old estimates. Some print estimates result in immediate sales, however for those estimates that remain active for a long time you can keep them in the quotes file. There is virtually no limit on the number of jobs that can be archived, they are allways available to be recalled, copied or use for printing reports. Having instant access to your archive files can save hours. Not only are these jobs great for viewing the previous costs, but importantly any factory notes that may be available.
