With our KwikDocs, customers can create quotes or orders
via the Internet or Intranet. Orders are then downloaded
automatically to await your acceptance.
Customers can track and modify their orders, and request alterations
via the Internet, by keying in their Cost Centre and security
code. They can also check the status of their jobs and when
they are due for delivery, as well as view archives of completed
jobs and request repeats. However, because the customer has
no access to your data, you retain ultimate control.
