you on our software on site if required, or via our Citrix

Our Citrix based on-line support can be provided in lengths
of time to suit. If you have a simple query that we can answer
in minutes to full training sessions taking a day or more.

the same customer and process data they've been using - a well-known

Installing your software
A well planned installation is more than just copying the
software to your PC, it includes gathering the required data,
planning whether it will be installed locally or on a network
and training your staff. We can help with either an on-site
visit or with a remote installation by our staff.
Search for orders or completed jobs
By entering a sequence of dates through with to search,
or maybe the customer name or job description, jobs can be
found and viewed instantly.

easy work of creating or modifying existing reports. For those

Link to other software packages
Any data in KwikCost software can be exported in most formats,
including XLS, PDF, DOC, CSV and more. Export our data and
easily import it into most packages. When you would rather
have a direct link to your accounting software we can create
a customized link that automatically draws the required information
from KwikCost and automatically updates your accounting software.
Support when you require it
Our support options include telephone, on-site and on-line
options. For those simple queries give us a call on our 800
number and when you need it our Citrix based on-line support
allows both of us to view either our PC's or yours, enabling
us to quickly assist, whether it is simply help required or
a change to the software itself.
